The Genzon TCL Tower is strategically positioned in the core of Guangzhou’s Pazhou West Zone—an area poised to become one of the city’s primary drivers of future growth. With its prime riverfront setting, strong transportation connections, and high visibility within the skyline, the development is designed to significantly enhance the long-term value of the client’s real estate portfolio.

The project consists of two complementary but distinct towers rising to 185 meters and 131 meters, together totaling approximately 107,500 square meters. The taller west tower is oriented toward the river, while the east tower addresses both the waterfront and the adjacent green space, maintaining strong visibility from the south. As a result, the twin-tower composition offers a dynamic and recognizable presence from multiple vantage points, including across the river and along key approach corridors.

The architectural concept differentiates the towers through an A–B façade strategy. On the north and south elevations, a system of layered massing and framed landscape elements creates a composition of articulated volumes—“boxes” that project outward at varying depths, either as individual elements or clustered groupings. In contrast, the east and west façades emphasize vertical expression through a series of exterior fins that provide solar shading while preserving expansive views toward the river and park. Integrated terraces throughout the massing introduce opportunities for social interaction and informal gathering, strengthening the connection between the buildings and their immediate urban context.
